End User License Agreement (EULA) – AI Email Intelligence for Zoho CRM

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Licensee”) and the provider of AI Email Intelligence for Zoho CRM (“Licensor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the AI Email Intelligence for Zoho CRM extension within your authorized Zoho CRM organization.

This license allows use of the Extension only for internal business purposes.

The Extension is licensed, not sold.

3. Ownership

The Extension, including but not limited to:

software code
algorithms
AI processing logic
interface design
trademarks
documentation

is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Extension
use the Extension to develop a competing product
bypass security mechanisms

Unauthorized use immediately terminates the license.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with Zoho CRM and external AI processing services.

We are not responsible for:

third-party platform availability
service interruptions
API changes made by Zoho or AI providers

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, or modifications at any time.

Updates may be automatically applied and are considered part of the licensed software.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your license if:

you violate this Agreement
misuse the Extension
create security risks

Upon termination, you must stop using the Extension and uninstall it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Extension is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

accuracy of AI-generated responses
uninterrupted service
error-free operation
suitability for a particular purpose

Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages
loss of data
lost profits
business interruption
incorrect communications

arising from the use of the Extension.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

your use of the Extension
emails generated using AI suggestions
violation of this Agreement

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of the Licensor.
